Webflow is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with enterprise customers in the Pacific time zone. You'll be the trusted advisor for high-impact accounts, guiding them through their Webflow journey from onboarding through renewal. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with customers' day-to-day teams and key stakeholders, learning their goals and workflows to drive meaningful wins with Webflow's AI-native website experience platform. You'll support account strategy by helping customers adopt core features, implement best practices, and stay on track with success plans. Close collaboration with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers ensures smooth onboarding and ongoing feature adoption. You'll own the full renewal process for your book of business—from forecasting through close—to protect and grow recurring revenue. Regular customer check-ins and business reviews will highlight progress, unblock issues, and uncover opportunities for deeper engagement. You'll also bring clear, organized customer insights back to the business to help improve product, processes, and the overall Enterprise experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS/digital experience roles. You're familiar with the marketing and digital experience landscape (CMS platforms, martech/analytics tools, SEO fundamentals, campaign workflows). You've managed a book of accounts, balancing competing priorities and keeping work moving. Strong organizational and project-management habits, solid technical aptitude, and the ability to quickly learn complex technical products and web technologies are essential. You're a strategic thinker who sees the big picture, an operator who brings cross-functional teams together, and an advocate ensuring customers achieve results.
