As a Customer Success Manager III, you will manage a portfolio of District and School level accounts across multiple states, with primary responsibility for the MST or PST time zones. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving successful implementations at scale while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage assigned customer portfolio with significant independence and develop strategic relationships across territories
- Proactively ensure customer delight throughout their journey with Renaissance, serving as the escalation point for complex issues
- Partner with Sales to develop account growth strategies, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and drive expansion within customer accounts
- Own risk identification, documentation, and escalation; apply customer and territory insights to ensure accurate reporting
- Lead complex customer success initiatives and develop innovative solutions for sophisticated customer challenges
- Drive product adoption and engagement, manage onboarding for new customers, and guide them through smooth transitions
- Monitor accounts for signs of dissatisfaction or churn and take proactive retention measures
- Gather customer feedback and relay themes to product development to enhance offerings based on customer needs
- Mentor internal teams on customer success strategies and serve as a subject matter expert
- Develop strong product and industry knowledge; contribute to thought leadership and represent the organization at key industry events
- Assist with product order queries and work with logistics to resolve order-related issues
The role requires 3–5 years of customer success experience, strong understanding of the K–12 education competitive landscape, excellent organizational and analytical skills, CS strategy acumen, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
