Linear is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build and manage relationships with its top mid-market customers. As part of the early customer success team, you'll establish foundational practices and processes while serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a product expert to help customers drive business outcomes, leading customer onboarding and training initiatives, and expanding adoption of Linear within accounts. You'll also serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product, sales, and support teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements. Linear is a remote-first company with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to North America-based candidates with flexibility to work from anywhere in the region.
