As a Customer Success Manager focused on Financial Services, you will drive product adoption and deliver ongoing value to clients in Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, and Hedge Funds. You'll work alongside Account Managers to positively impact net retention and ensure clients achieve their strategic goals using AlphaSense's platform. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with GTM teams (Account Managers and wider account management) to align account strategies and drive commercial outcomes - Leveraging data-driven insights to monitor client engagement, identify adoption opportunities, and detect early churn signals - Conducting discovery into clients' research workflows and pain points to develop bespoke use cases - Building strong relationships with investment professionals across all levels at financial institutions - Serving as the Voice of the Customer, translating feedback to Product Management and Content teams - Contributing to product development and participating in beta programs You bring proven experience working with Financial Services investors/clients on complex problems, deep passion for AI applications in finance, and a client-centric mindset. You're a natural problem-solver and storyteller with strong product expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills. The role requires understanding of financial workflows, ability to communicate technical capabilities to domain experts, and commitment to delivering white-glove service.
