The Enterprise Business team focuses on transforming how large global businesses operate through cutting-edge payments and financial solutions. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be operationally focused, bridging clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives on client implementation and go-live activities, coordinating KYC/KYB/RFI requirements, supporting sales operations with onboarding and opportunity handovers, troubleshooting client queries and escalations, managing stakeholder communication across clients and internal teams, overseeing onboarding workflows and documentation, and building trusted client relationships from onboarding through go-live.
You will serve as a critical liaison ensuring clear communication and alignment between clients, sales teams, and cross-functional departments. The role requires capturing client feedback to continuously improve processes and customer experience.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years in customer service or sales support, proven client communication and escalation management, strong English communication, problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments, and strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
Preferred qualifications include startup, payments, or fintech experience; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin; and familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite.
