Aspire, a leading SaaS provider for landscaping and commercial cleaning industries (part of the ServiceTitan family since 2021), is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise accounts. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to approximately 50-100 enterprise clients, proactively driving product adoption, retention, and revenue expansion.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing client success plans aligned with strategic goals; conducting regular business value reviews and health monitoring; serving as the subject matter expert on Aspire's software platform; coordinating cross-functional handoffs with implementation, training, sales, and support teams; identifying upsell opportunities and passing qualified leads to sales; gathering product feedback from key clients; and developing case studies and KPIs to measure department performance.
You'll work with clients ranging from enterprise to mid-market businesses, helping them maximize ROI through solution adoption and service expansion. The role requires strong relationship management, business acumen, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels—from operations managers to C-suite executives.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 3–5 years of B2B account management or SaaS customer success experience. Preferred: CRM platform expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot); experience managing escalations; strong communication skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally in matrixed environments.
