Chainguard is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region to serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for enterprise customers. You will own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through adoption, working cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams.
Key responsibilities include: driving business success planning aligned with customer goals and challenges; advocating for customer needs internally; collaborating with support teams on issue resolution; developing hands-on technical expertise in Chainguard's supply chain security platform; delivering training and education on product features and best practices; and managing relationships across customer organizations from technical teams to CISOs to identify expansion and renewal opportunities.
You will take full ownership of your customer portfolio with high autonomy, making strategic decisions about escalations, risk mitigation, and internal advocacy. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes and practices that serve customers effectively.
Required: 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or related) with experience collaborating across technical and business teams. Domain knowledge in supply chain security, DevSecOps, AppSec, containers, regulatory compliance, or vulnerability management is essential. You must demonstrate strategic thinking, high emotional intelligence, strong priority management, and commitment to continuous professional development.
Strongly preferred: early-stage startup experience, passion for technology and cybersecurity, and hands-on technical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, Linux, or security infrastructure.
