Salary: INR 900,000 - 1,200,000 / annual
Incognia is a location identity and digital authentication platform that helps businesses prevent fraud and protect users through device intelligence and precise location data. The Customer Success team bridges technical and business domains, coordinating across internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive value.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of medium-to-large B2B SaaS accounts in the authentication, anti-fraud, and digital identity space. Your primary responsibility is ensuring customers achieve and exceed expected results from Incognia's solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct strategy meetings with customers to maximize value from their partnership
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across accounts
- Monitor usage and performance metrics; propose process improvements based on Incognia solutions
- Manage customer roadmap activities and internal improvements that impact accounts
- Conduct periodic accountability and follow-up meetings with primary stakeholders
- Contribute to team and company process improvements to optimize operational scalability
- Participate in industry events (SaaS, authentication, anti-fraud, digital identity) to expand networking and knowledge
You will exercise internal leadership, requiring maturity and strong negotiation skills. The role involves close partnership with sales and integration teams to ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology
- 3+ years of experience with authentication, biometrics, anti-fraud, digital or mobile identity solutions
- SaaS B2B customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record managing medium-to-large accounts
- Data analysis skills and SQL proficiency (ability to work across different tables/databases)
- Experience defining and analyzing KPIs
