Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 / annual
Skydio is the leading US autonomous drone company, serving defense, public safety, and enterprise customers. As a Customer Success Manager for the Mid-Market Northeast region, you will own the end-to-end customer journey for public safety accounts, from implementation through expansion and renewal.
You will serve as the critical bridge between Skydio's public safety customers and our engineering, product, and sales teams. Your responsibilities include building scalable onboarding processes, managing implementation projects with mid-market enterprise customers, developing proactive customer relationships through regular cadence-based touchpoints, and quantifying product feedback to drive hardware and software improvements.
Key activities include leading Quarterly Business Reviews, tracking adoption metrics to identify expansion opportunities, managing renewal pipelines, and identifying at-risk accounts. You will work closely with customers to understand their use cases in public safety and law enforcement, advocating for their needs internally while ensuring they realize value from Skydio's autonomous flight technology.
The role requires strong experience in SLED (State, Local, Education) industries, particularly public safety and law enforcement. You must be comfortable with 25%+ travel and willing to obtain a Part 107 drone pilot certificate. You should have a proven track record implementing new technology in large enterprises, managing agile development cycles, and delivering customer success in a remote-first environment. Experience with commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems is highly valued.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, based remotely with a preference for candidates in the Northeast (NY, NJ, MA, PA, VA, MD) near major airports.
