Anthropic is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Munich to serve as a strategic partner for enterprise customers across the DACH region and broader EMEA. You'll build deep partnerships with complex customers, helping them maximize value from Claude's API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code offerings. Key responsibilities include developing strategic relationships with key decision makers, becoming an expert in Anthropic's product suite, and proactively driving usage planning and optimization. You'll monitor consumption patterns, identify expansion opportunities across both API and seat-based models, and serve as the customer's thought partner on product roadmap and new capabilities. You'll own the complete customer lifecycle—from onboarding through quarterly business reviews—and develop comprehensive success plans grounded in business objectives. A critical part of the role involves identifying new use cases and lines of business not yet onboarded, partnering with customers to discover applications across different departments and workflows. As one of Anthropic's first in-region CSMs, you'll help build regional processes, establish customer relationships, and represent the brand in a high-growth market. You'll develop change management strategies to drive end-user adoption, including Train the Trainer programs and Center of Excellence development. The role requires operating with significant autonomy while maintaining alignment with global teams and working effectively across time zones. You'll also quantify customer value realized through business outcomes and ROI metrics, and serve as the voice of EMEA customers to product and research teams, directly informing development priorities and go-to-market strategies.
