Salary: GBP 56,320 - 84,480 / annual
Chartbeat Inc., parent company of Chartbeat, Tubular Labs, FatTail, and Lineup Systems, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its rapidly expanding customer base. The company combines analytics for audience strategy with revenue solutions for ad operations and monetization, serving the world's top media brands.
In this role, you will manage and grow existing Enterprise customer relationships across your assigned region and book of business. You'll anticipate customer needs, provide strategic guidance, and drive net growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Key responsibilities include cultivating stakeholder relationships, understanding technical and business requirements, identifying product optimization opportunities, and proactively managing at-risk accounts.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams to customize solutions and build strategic account plans. You'll demonstrate expertise in digital media and analytics, leverage consultative selling skills, and represent Chartbeat at customer meetings and conferences worldwide. The role requires strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce), contract negotiation skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of B2B relationship management experience. Media industry experience is highly valued. You should have proven success growing enterprise customer portfolios, excellent communication and demo skills, and familiarity with SaaS, cloud, media, marketing, or web-analytics platforms. Knowledge of web/media publishing technologies and debugging tools is a plus. Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, French, Japanese, German) and multinational experience are preferred.
