Trek Health is a financial intelligence platform for healthcare providers, enabling finance, managed care, and payer relations teams to benchmark performance, identify underpayments, and conduct data-driven negotiations. The company is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the mid-market segment to join a four-person CS team during a growth phase.
In this role, you will own the complete post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of mid-market accounts (typically $20K–$100K ACV). Responsibilities include executive kickoffs, customer onboarding, strategic quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and driving expansion across Trek's product suite—pricing transparency, contract management, policy intelligence, patient cost modeling, and denial agents.
Unlike traditional CSM positions, this role is explicitly commercial. You will conduct discovery conversations to generate CS-qualified leads, identify and advance cross-sell opportunities, and partner with Sales to close expansion deals. You'll define success metrics with customers, build proactive churn mitigation plans, and collaborate with Solution Engineering on implementation sequencing. The role leverages AI tooling (Claude, Cowork, LLMs) to streamline account preparation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
Success is measured by independently managing a healthy book of business with clear visibility into account health and growth opportunities, consistently identifying and advancing expansion deals, and ensuring customers achieve defined outcomes and renew.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of customer success experience managing mid-market or upper-SMB accounts; proven NRR or GRR track record; strong discovery and sales cycle knowledge; Salesforce proficiency; analytical fluency with Excel or Google Sheets; hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools as workflow accelerators; high urgency and self-direction in ambiguous environments.
Preferred: healthcare or health-tech background (payer, provider, or revenue cycle); experience partnering with Solution Engineering; cross-sell or multi-product expansion experience; case study or referral pipeline building.
This role suits commercially minded CSMs seeking greater ownership, upward mobility, and the opportunity to blend relationship management with expansion in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
