Take2 is an AI agents platform purpose-built for healthcare recruiting. The platform automates end-to-end recruiting workflows including sourcing, screening, credential verification, scheduling, and onboarding for enterprise health systems.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise health system accounts through their full lifecycle—from post-sale kickoff through implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You'll lead AI agent implementations at large healthcare systems by scoping workflows with recruiting and talent acquisition leaders, configuring AI interviewers and integrations, and driving pilots to measurable outcomes like reduced time-to-fill.
Key responsibilities include driving adoption across large, distributed recruiter teams through training and enablement; serving as the voice of the customer internally by translating field insights into product feedback and working directly with founders and engineering on roadmap priorities; owning retention and growth metrics including renewals, expansion into new roles/departments/facilities, and executive business reviews with health system leadership; and helping shape the customer success engine by building playbooks, onboarding processes, and health metrics for scale.
You bring 4+ years in customer success, implementation, or account management for B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years owning enterprise accounts ($100k+ ACV) and carrying renewal or expansion targets. Healthcare experience is essential—either working with health systems, hospitals, healthcare staffing, or HR tech/talent acquisition software. You've led complex implementations with multiple stakeholders, integrations, and change management, understanding that adoption is won in the field. You navigate large, multi-threaded organizations from front-line recruiters to C-suite executives. You're comfortable building processes and infrastructure from scratch, analytical in tracking account health and forecasting renewals, maintain clean CRM records (HubSpot preferred), and use AI tools to work smarter. You're comfortable with emerging AI products, curious about how they work, and able to set realistic expectations with customers about AI agent capabilities and limitations.
Take2 offers high ownership over revenue and customer relationships, direct access to founders and influence on customer success strategy, the opportunity to help define retention and growth as the company scales, a mission-driven product improving hiring outcomes, and a clear growth path into senior CS or leadership roles. The role is based in NYC with hybrid flexibility (in-office Mon-Thu). Compensation includes competitive salary and meaningful equity.
