Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 / annual

As Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Supio's products and services. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization. Key responsibilities include conducting regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions to understand evolving customer needs and objectives. You will guide new customers through onboarding and implementation, creating customized success plans and providing training to help them realize value quickly. You'll monitor customer health metrics and usage patterns to identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities, proactively addressing concerns and working cross-functionally to prevent churn. You will develop and execute strategic retention and expansion plans, collaborating with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role requires deep product expertise and the ability to help customers optimize their use of the platform to achieve business objectives. You will track and analyze customer success metrics, prepare regular reports on account status, and provide insights to inform product development and business strategy. The ideal candidate combines exceptional interpersonal skills with strategic thinking, the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and a collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience), 3-5+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience with CRM platforms and customer success tools, and a proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets. Preferred qualifications include SaaS or technology industry experience, growth-stage startup background, project management certification, consultative or solution selling experience, and familiarity with data analysis tools and customer health scoring methodologies.
