Spring Health reaches over 170 million people worldwide through employers, health plans, and partners, with outcomes validated by JAMA Network Open and the Validation Institute. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own day-to-day relationships with mid-market and SMB customers, serving as their account owner, product expert, and mental health advocate. You will manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, building rapport with decision-makers to drive product adoption and best practices. You must have demonstrated success in upselling and retaining customers, experience with SaaS platforms, lifecycle contract renewal ownership, and proficiency with data visualization and CRM systems.
