Posh is a community platform that enables people to build and discover in-person communities based on shared interests. Founded by event organizers frustrated with loneliness and inadequate tools, Posh has grown to 8M+ users, $70M in funding, and facilitated over $350M in transactions across a 70-person team. You'll be hired as a Senior Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with 100–150 high-value event organizers generating or projected to generate $100K+ in annual GMV. This is a strategic growth role, not support. You'll serve as a trusted business partner helping ambitious organizers maximize platform value, grow ticket sales, expand into new markets, and build stronger businesses. Key responsibilities include owning the customer journey from onboarding through long-term success; leading strategic business reviews and success planning; driving adoption of revenue-generating products; identifying churn risk proactively; and surfacing expansion opportunities to Account Management. You'll be accountable for Net Revenue Retention, customer retention, product adoption, and customer growth across your book of business. You'll own a strategic portfolio, lead onboarding and QBRs, help organizers scale by growing ticket sales and expanding markets, drive adoption of high-value Posh features, use data to identify growth and churn risk, partner on upsells and cross-sells, champion customer voice internally with Product and Engineering, and help build repeatable Customer Success playbooks as the organization scales. You bring 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, strategic partnerships, or similar customer-facing roles. You have a track record driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion across a meaningful book. You're experienced leading onboarding, QBRs, and strategic stakeholder conversations. You combine commercial thinking with consultative problem-solving, connecting product capabilities to measurable outcomes. You have strong instincts around churn risk and account prioritization, excellent relationship-building and cross-functional skills, high ownership and organization managing large books, and comfort with fast-moving environments and tools like Planhat, analytics, and AI. Bonus: experience with event organizers, creators, marketplaces, ticketing, or community-led businesses; helping customers expand into new markets or scale; understanding event economics and ticket strategy; genuine passion for events and community building.
