Pearl Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post-sale success for a portfolio of 10 medium and enterprise-sized healthcare provider accounts. You will serve as the primary strategic consultant and relationship owner, supporting customers through implementation, adoption, and renewal cycles. Key responsibilities include designing strategic implementation frameworks tailored to each client's unique operations, leading monthly and quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders, and consulting with provider leadership on clinical and administrative workflow transformation. You will analyze complex performance data to identify cost drivers, facilitate care management strategy development, and drive account expansion opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with internal Practice Transformation, Data Science, and ACO Operations teams to deliver insights that optimize provider performance in value-based care settings. You will diagnose operational inefficiencies within provider groups, facilitate high-level process transformation, and deploy training programs alongside biweekly touchpoints with platform operators and program managers. This is a strategic consulting role within a customer success function, requiring you to help customers navigate the complex and evolving ACO landscape with empathy and data-driven expertise. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of provider-facing experience in customer success or enterprise relationship management, with demonstrated expertise in value-based care models. You should be skilled at preparing and delivering presentations to clinical and executive audiences, building strong relationships, and proactively resolving complex customer issues. A willingness to travel up to 25% for critical in-person customer meetings is required. While the role is remote, you must be based in the Pacific Time Zone to support the West Coast client portfolio.
