Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 / annual

OneImaging is transforming radiology access through a concierge approach and a network of over 5,000 vetted providers across 48 states, reducing imaging costs by 60-80% while eliminating surprise bills. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, guiding customers through implementation and ensuring long-term satisfaction. You'll lead end-to-end onboarding processes, including configuring and managing customer-specific data feeds and ensuring accurate data exchange between systems. You'll build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels, acting as a strategic advisor and escalation point while facilitating alignment between customer goals and OneImaging's program. Analytics and reporting are core to the role—you'll analyze customer data and performance metrics to provide insights, drive adoption, and ensure customers achieve desired outcomes. You'll deliver regular reports and business reviews to key stakeholders and act as the voice of the customer within OneImaging, sharing feedback to influence product development. Post-launch, you'll manage revenue and strategic initiatives for your book of business. You'll identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve customer experience, and drive efficiency in implementations. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams is essential to ensure a seamless customer journey. You'll need 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a digital health employer solution environment involving benefits administration. Strong technical aptitude is required—you must understand and manage data feeds, integrations, and system configurations. You should be comfortable managing through ambiguity, building processes, and helping scale the CS organization. Experience managing complex ecosystem vendor partners within healthcare and benefit programs is important, along with proven ability to build strategic relationships, deliver actionable insights through data analysis, and manage multiple priorities with excellent project management skills.
