Nimble is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise accounts. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes using Nimble's real-time web search platform powered by Web Search Agents.
In this post-sales role, you'll own revenue growth and retention for a portfolio of enterprise customers, managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships with data, engineering, product, and BI teams. You'll run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews (EBRs), communicate ROI impact, and drive executive alignment on strategy. Proactively monitor customer health signals including usage, outcomes, and risks, taking action to prevent escalation.
You'll work closely with Product, Support, and Engineering to deliver long-term success, escalating gaps, sharing customer feedback, and influencing roadmap priorities. Your role requires translating technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences, advising customers on how Nimble supports their data and growth objectives.
Nimble's platform powers high-stakes use cases including financial due diligence, real-time pricing and promotions, market intelligence, and AI systems requiring fresh, complete data. Requirements: 4+ years customer-facing SaaS experience including post-sale roles (Customer Success, Account Management); 1-2+ years supporting enterprise customers in high-growth startups; experience partnering with technical teams (Engineering, Data, AI) in complex environments; strong technical aptitude with familiarity in web technologies (HTML/CSS) and comfort troubleshooting via APIs, logs, and workflows; fast learner with proactive mindset; excellent communication and executive presence; ability to influence senior and C-level stakeholders; strong translation of technical concepts to business value.
