As Customer Success Manager, you will own the complete onboarding and adoption lifecycle for a growing customer base, working alongside a dedicated Account Manager on a shared portfolio. Your primary focus is ensuring every customer is set up, trained, and deriving daily value from the platform, while your AM counterpart manages the commercial relationship.
Key responsibilities include: running end-to-end onboarding with kickoff sessions and custom workspace configuration; training users at all levels from power users to executives and building scalable enablement materials; driving product adoption by monitoring usage data and proactively re-engaging under-engaged users; partnering with your Account Manager on account health and surfacing adoption risks; serving as the day-to-day customer resource for questions and best practices; collaborating with product and engineering to relay feedback and influence roadmap priorities; and documenting playbooks and processes as the CS function scales.
You should have 2+ years of customer success, onboarding, implementation, or related B2B SaaS client-facing experience with a track record of driving measurable adoption and reducing time-to-value. Strong communication skills are essential—you can explain complex features clearly and build trust with stakeholders at all levels. You're comfortable with data, can pull usage reports and spot trends, and are proactive and organized. A genuine interest in government, public sector, and technology is important.
Nice-to-have qualifications include govtech or edtech experience, familiarity with SLED markets, knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, experience with procurement data or government contracting, and a background in training technical products.
The company emphasizes in-person work as the default while remaining flexible for work-from-home when needed. The interview process is designed to be fast and respectful, consisting of an intro conversation, deep dive working session, practical case exercise, and final round with founders.
