Infinitus Systems is an AI communications platform serving healthcare, automating patient interactions and connecting fragmented care systems. The company has automated over 7 million calls and 100M+ minutes of conversation, and is trusted by 44% of the healthcare Fortune 50. Backed by $100M+ from top-tier investors including Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, and Andreessen Horowitz, Infinitus was recently named to Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own enterprise healthcare accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You'll serve as the primary strategic contact for customers, conducting regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and proactive outreach to ensure value realization and early issue detection. A key part of the role is identifying and converting growth opportunities by mapping customer needs, identifying new use cases, and partnering with Sales to expand adoption across business units and departments. You'll support implementation and adoption by partnering with the Enablement team on integrations, workflow design, technical launches, and user training. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll work with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance/RevOps to resolve roadblocks, ensure billing accuracy, and coordinate expansions. You'll maintain strong account operations through CRM/CS tool management, communications, issue resolution, renewal tracking, and invoice verification. The role requires advocating for customers internally by collecting feedback, surfacing product enhancement ideas, and informing product roadmaps. You'll build and deepen relationships across stakeholder levels, from end-users to senior executives, earning trust and driving enterprise-level engagement. Required qualifications include 5+ years in customer success, technical account management, or consulting in healthtech or related fields (pharmaceutical manufacturer experience is a plus). You need demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts and guide organizations through change and adoption. Strong technical fluency is essential—you should understand integrations, APIs, workflows, and clinical/operational contexts, translating product value to both technical and business stakeholders. A track record of driving expansion, renewals, and increased utilization (not just retention) is required. You must be comfortable operating cross-functionally and serving as a customer advocate. Strong executive-ready communication skills, proactive problem-solving, experience with CRM/CS tools, and the ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently while remaining detail-oriented are all critical.
