LiveRamp is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to anchor its international customer relationships from the London office. You will serve as the regional lead for LiveRamp's largest and most strategic global accounts, partnering with US-based teams to deliver a seamless experience for multinational customers across the US, UK, Europe, APAC, and beyond. In this role, you will own the international relationship and workstreams for a portfolio of large, multi-market accounts. You'll act as the regional voice of the customer, driving adoption and value realization locally while ensuring global account strategy executes consistently across every market. This is ideal for an experienced CSM who thrives on complexity, enjoys cross-timezone collaboration, and wants to operate at the center of global data collaboration strategies for household-name brands. Key responsibilities include: serving as the day-to-day international lead for large, multi-market global accounts; co-owning global account strategy with US counterparts to align regional priorities and coordinate cross-market rollouts; driving adoption and utilization of the LiveRamp Data Collaboration Platform across all markets; building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level executives; leading cross-functional initiatives involving product, technical services, finance, legal, privacy, and data ethics teams; monitoring and forecasting customer usage and health; supporting renewal and growth motions for international contract components; and championing regional considerations including GDPR and evolving European privacy regulations. Required qualifications: 10+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting within SaaS, ad tech, martech, or data-driven businesses, with enterprise or global account experience. Proven success managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder accounts spanning multiple markets or regions. Comfort collaborating daily across time zones with willingness to flex working hours for US overlap (typically afternoon/early-evening UK time). Strong grasp of the data and advertising ecosystem including identity, data collaboration, clean rooms, programmatic, measurement, and CDPs. Working knowledge of European data privacy frameworks (GDPR, ePrivacy). Excellent communication and executive-presence skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives. Analytical and commercially minded with comfort using usage data, forecasting, and building value stories. Self-starter who can operate autonomously as the senior regional presence for accounts headquartered elsewhere. Bonus qualifications include direct LiveRamp or comparable identity/data collaboration platform experience, experience in global account team models with distributed account leadership, and additional European language skills.
