As Customer Success Manager, you will own the complete customer journey from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion for enterprise technical customers. You'll serve as a technical translator, detective, and strategic advisor—deeply understanding customer goals and using them as your north star.
Key responsibilities include: guiding technical customers through their lifecycle while making each stage feel like progress; becoming a product expert on Ent's platform to troubleshoot alongside customers and recommend solutions; speaking credibly with Engineering and Security stakeholders by understanding their priorities; defining success metrics for each account and intervening early when risks emerge; identifying expansion and upsell opportunities naturally; serving as the voice of the customer by translating feedback into prioritized signals for product and engineering; and helping build scalable CSM playbooks and health metrics.
You'll need 6+ years in Customer Success (CSM, TAM, or similar roles), proven experience supporting technical teams (Engineering, DevOps, IT, Security), and a track record managing large enterprise accounts. Technical fluency, data literacy, excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder negotiation are essential.
Beyond core skills, you embody curiosity (asking second and third questions), creativity (designing workarounds in ambiguous situations), self-motivation (creating structure in early-stage environments), calm under pressure, empathy and perceptiveness, and a blend of commercial and product-fluent mindsets.
