Daybreak Health is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of 50+ school districts and ensure they launch successfully, run smoothly, and continue referring students for mental health care. You'll work directly with counselors, social workers, and school administrators to equip them with the tools and training needed to connect students to care.
In this role, you'll lead district onboarding and staff activation, conduct live training sessions for adult learners, and troubleshoot technical issues with white-glove support for strategic accounts. You'll execute adoption campaigns including campus visits, webinars, and data-driven interventions to drive engagement across your portfolio. A key part of the job is building capacity models to flag risks early, setting customized support strategies per district, and using data analysis to identify leading indicators of churn or underutilization.
You'll leverage AI tools to personalize training materials, analyze activation pacing and referral trends, and draft outreach campaigns—freeing you to spend more time on high-touch relationship management and strategic problem-solving. You'll document your work in shared tools (Notion, Google Docs) so insights compound across the team, and bring learnings to weekly go-to-market meetings.
Daybreak partners with school districts to close the mental health care gap: the recommended ratio is one school psychologist per 500 students, but the national average is closer to one per 1,200. Daybreak matches students to clinicians based on language, culture, and identity, typically starting care within 1-2 weeks at no cost to families. The company is backed by Union Square Ventures, Lux Capital, Lightspeed, Maven, and Y Combinator, and already serves districts representing over one million students.
You'll need experience in EdTech, education, or healthcare partnerships; a K-12 background; and a proven track record driving adoption at scale (100+ customers, thousands of end users). Strong project management, technical fluency, AI tool proficiency, and exceptional communication are essential. You should be a natural problem-solver, scrappy and adaptable, who sees support as a way to create champions.
