DataCamp is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive data and AI readiness at enterprise organizations. You will manage the full customer lifecycle for DataCamp's most strategic B2B clients, from onboarding through renewal, with a focus on retention and expansion.
Key responsibilities include building proactive success plans aligned with customers' data and AI transformation goals, collaborating with internal sales, solutions architects, and services teams to maximize product adoption, and strategizing learning initiatives such as competitions, custom content tracks, and value capture sessions. You will work to capture and communicate business value created through DataCamp usage, elevate conversations across client organizations to drive adoption, and ensure the customer voice informs product and content roadmaps.
You should demonstrate deep understanding of DataCamp's platform capabilities and use this expertise to identify renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Success requires balancing a portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong GRR and NRR metrics.
Required qualifications include 3+ years in relevant domains such as consulting, customer success, pre-sales, or account management. You must have proficiency in big data and advanced analytics technology, familiarity with the vendor landscape, and a track record of meeting/exceeding retention and growth targets. Experience with Salesforce, ability to identify and document risk/growth opportunities, and comfort collaborating across functions are essential. A "teach to fish" mentality—enabling clients to champion adoption internally—is critical. You should be willing to experiment with new customer success playbooks and motions to drive long-term product stickiness.
