As Customer Success Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle for enterprise accounts from deal close through renewal and expansion. You will carry clear metrics: net and gross retention, adoption depth, and expansion revenue across your book of business. Your responsibilities include leading customer onboarding, driving product adoption within complex regulatory workflows, identifying churn risk early, and building expansion cases for healthy accounts.
This role requires deep engagement with enterprise customers navigating highly regulated life sciences environments. You'll need to understand their workflows, regulatory constraints, and business objectives to ensure successful adoption and demonstrate ROI. The position involves managing multiple concurrent accounts, tracking key health indicators, and proactively managing the customer relationship to maximize lifetime value.
You'll work with a team of elite engineers, designers, and AI researchers from companies like Google, Nvidia, Meta, Netflix, Amazon, and AirBnB. Forty percent of the team are former founders, creating a high-caliber, execution-focused environment. The company is fully in-person in San Francisco, requiring 5 days per week on-site.
