Clari (formed by the merger of Clari and Salesloft) is building the next era of enterprise revenue through AI-powered Predictive Revenue Systems. As a Customer Success Manager in Guadalajara, you will be a key member of a fast-growing, high-performing Customer Success organization, serving as the primary point of contact for valued customers.
Your core responsibilities include building custom Mutual Success Plans aligned with customer business objectives, guiding customers through prioritized next steps, and managing multiple stakeholder relationships. You will review customer data trends to proactively identify focus areas, create impactful quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and provide strategic guidance on sales and sales engagement best practices tailored to each customer's use case.
You will lead customer-facing webinars, internal training sessions, and executive-level calls—including C-suite conversations—while maintaining composure in both positive and challenging situations. Your role is to drive customer adoption through strategy calls and customized business reviews, positioning yourself as the ultimate storyteller showcasing Salesloft's impact on customer outcomes. You own the customer experience with an obsessive focus on their success and will be measured on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction metrics across your book of business.
The Customer Success team comprises 30+ seasoned and emerging account management professionals who develop deep understanding of customer business drivers and act as liaisons between internal teams and customers. You will partner with sales to define success criteria, demonstrate ROI, and ensure customer renewals.
Required qualifications: 3+ years in a Customer Success role, 1+ years using Salesforce CRM with intermediate-to-expert knowledge of leads, activities, contacts, opportunities, and reporting (Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus). Experience in SaaS/Technology companies or fast-growing startups is preferred.
You should possess superb listening skills, high empathy, clear and compelling communication abilities (written, verbal, and presentation), emotional intelligence, expert project management and prioritization, resourcefulness, and confidence in technical conversations. Within one month, you'll complete New Hire Orientation, a 3-week Sales Bootcamp covering software and success skills, and begin your 30-60-90 day plan with your manager.
