As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise clients, owning the end-to-end relationship and driving adoption, measurable value, and long-term partnerships. You will serve as the main point of contact across all levels—from practitioners to executives—understanding each client's definition of success and ensuring Checkmarx solutions directly align with their business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and executing success plans with clear goals, milestones, and health tracking
- Leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic business reviews (SBRs) to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities
- Managing the full client lifecycle from onboarding through stabilization, adoption, and renewal
- Monitoring usage trends, engagement metrics, and health indicators to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Coordinating seamlessly across Support, Technical Account Management, Product, Training, Professional Services, and Account Management teams
- Conducting focused client meetings, maintaining accurate documentation, and continuously improving delivery processes
- Developing deep product knowledge of the Checkmarx platform and application security landscape to guide strategic client conversations
- Escalating client feedback and trends to Product and internal teams to drive continuous improvement
