As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion within our SMB customer base. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes using the Cents platform. Your role involves onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support and training, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and gathering customer feedback to inform product development. Key responsibilities include: - Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates - Proactively engaging with customers to understand their business needs and platform usage - Conducting training sessions and creating resources to help customers maximize platform value - Identifying expansion opportunities and collaborating with sales on account growth - Monitoring customer health metrics and addressing at-risk accounts - Collecting and communicating customer feedback to product and engineering teams - Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations You will work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
