As a Customer Success Manager on the Carta Law team in London, you will own the full lifecycle success of a portfolio of clients—primarily private fund managers and the companies they back. You'll serve as the primary relationship point and trusted advisor throughout each client's journey with Carta.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the complete client lifecycle from onboarding (in partnership with the legal delivery team) through managing and deepening relationships with established accounts
- Proactively monitoring client health, identifying risks early, and developing mitigation strategies
- Building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships by understanding each client's business structure and long-term goals
- Identifying and progressing cross-sell and upsell opportunities in close partnership with sales
- Collaborating with legal delivery to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless internal handoffs
- Working with marketing and operations on client communications, campaigns, and process improvements
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally, synthesizing feedback and usage signals to influence product and go-to-market strategy
- Leveraging CS tooling and AI capabilities to manage your portfolio efficiently and personalize engagement at scale
You'll work at the intersection of legal delivery, commercial strategy, and operations, partnering closely with legal delivery, sales, marketing, and operations teams. Carta's London office is part of the company's global expansion following the 2022 acquisitions of Capdesk and Vauban, now operating as one unified entity.
