Anthropic is seeking its first Korea-based Customer Success Manager to build strategic partnerships with enterprise customers and drive adoption of Claude AI products across the region. You will serve as a trusted advisor to complex customers, helping them understand and maximize value from Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API. Your responsibilities include developing deep customer relationships, understanding their business objectives and technical needs, and identifying expansion opportunities across their organizations.
You will work closely with customers to implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and scale their usage effectively. This includes monitoring consumption patterns, identifying underutilization, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll leverage your technical expertise to guide customers toward the right Claude capabilities for their specific business problems and help them build internal centers of excellence.
As the founding CSM in Korea, you'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining alignment with global teams. You'll develop regional processes and playbooks tailored to Korean business culture, represent Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market, and serve as the voice of Korean customers to our product and research teams. Your insights will directly inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
You'll need 6+ years of customer-facing experience (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or similar), with proven success driving expansion across both consumption-based and seat-based business models. Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts and API integrations is essential, along with strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Comfort working in ambiguous environments and across time zones is required.
