Salary: GBP 50,000 - 55,000 / annual

You will lead customer success for Adzuna's largest and most strategic French clients, managing a team of one customer success manager within the French team. This role reports to the Head of Sales in the UK and sits within a growing team of 7. You'll be responsible for account management, revenue growth, and client satisfaction for key accounts using Adzuna's social media and sponsored jobs advertising solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and delighting the company's largest French clients through expert account management in recruitment advertising and employer branding
- Collaborating with sales teams to ensure smooth customer handovers and impactful onboarding experiences
- Understanding client motivations and proactively delivering against their success metrics
- Using analytical skills to track recruitment campaign progress, identify issues, and resolve them proactively
- Owning account development targets and driving revenue growth within the French client base
- Managing one customer success manager on the French team
You'll need fluency in both French and English, strong people skills, a passion for customer service, excellent analytical and technical abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset. Experience with the French online recruitment advertising market, CPC models, and pricing is a bonus.
