DualEntry is an AI-native ERP platform automating accounting workflows from data entry to close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
As Customer Success Lead, you will own end-to-end account management outcomes for a portfolio of key customer relationships. You'll develop customer tiers, run success plans, and lead recurring check-ins tailored to account needs. You'll drive ERP adoption and expansion by delivering and systematizing training programs, optimizing customer workflows (especially month-end close processes), and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
You'll serve as the ultimate escalation point for critical issues on high-tier accounts post-go-live. You'll operationalize customer support by creating and continuously improving standard operating procedures, best practices, and support documentation, while directly handling support for your owned accounts. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to relay bugs, prioritize feature requests, and influence the product roadmap based on real customer needs.
Success requires developing deep expertise in DualEntry and translating accounting requirements into system configurations and automated workflows. You'll need 4+ years in ERP, accounting audit, accounting solutions, or finance roles, with strong preference for in-house or public accounting background. Experience with ERP implementation, finance professional services, or project management is expected. Hands-on experience implementing ERPs (NetSuite, Intacct, etc.) is required. You must have strong technical aptitude including SQL, ability to quickly learn new software platforms, and expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills. Professional services, consulting, or account management experience is a bonus.
The role offers significant equity ownership (£40,000–£70,000), base salary (£80,000–£120,000), and performance commission (£15,000–£30,000). Benefits include private medical insurance, mental health support, fertility support, group life insurance, workplace pension, flexible PTO (28 days), home office support, unlimited AI token usage, AI skills development, learning budget, visa sponsorship with relocation support to NYC after 2 years, and regular in-person team meetups globally.
