Banyan Software is seeking a Customer Success Lead to own expansion revenue for Teamup, a calendar platform trusted by over 5 million monthly active users. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role on a flat team focused on building commercial systems from scratch. You will identify high-potential accounts for upmarket expansion and execute consultative, light-touch sales motions to help customers solve problems better with Teamup. Key responsibilities include: • Building AI-powered systems for account signals, upgrade triggers, and commercial playbooks that enable predictable expansion • Identifying accounts ready to move upmarket and selling into them via video, in-app messaging, and email • Designing onboarding experiences for high-potential customers and activation motions that drive long-term retention • Developing repeatable systems to spot and close upsells within everyday customer interactions • Creating feedback loops to improve AI-driven onboarding experiences • Converting successful customers into advocates through referrals, reviews, and case studies You bring 5+ years of expansion sales, account management, or customer success experience at product-led SaaS companies, with a proven track record of hitting expansion or retention revenue targets. You have deep product fluency, learn tools quickly, and can demo and answer technical questions independently. You excel at building lightweight commercial systems (signals, playbooks, CRM discipline) that scale. You are AI-first in your approach, building systems with AI from the start. You sell because you genuinely enjoy helping customers solve problems, and you want ownership of the entire motion: finding the account, closing the upgrade, and building the repeatable machine.
