Carrot Fertility is seeking a Customer Success Executive to support its fastest-growing Taft-Hartley and labor segment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for multiemployer benefit funds, fund administrators, boards of trustees, and their consultants, ensuring Carrot becomes a valued, ongoing part of their benefits offering. In this role, you will own a portfolio of Taft-Hartley and labor accounts, driving retention and renewal outcomes while proactively identifying risks and building action plans that account for trustee approval cycles and fund governance. You'll increase member engagement and program utilization among union member populations through data-informed recommendations and regular business reviews. A key responsibility is presenting program value and outcomes to boards of trustees, benefit committees, and fund consultants through clear storytelling, reporting, and executive-ready presentations. You will partner cross-functionally with Labor Sales, Implementation, Product, Legal & Compliance, and Member Success to deliver a seamless customer experience. As the first Customer Success Executive dedicated to this segment, you will shape how Carrot supports Taft-Hartley customers, building the playbooks and best practices that will scale as the channel grows. Success in your first 12–18 months means building trusted, multi-threaded relationships across your portfolio, delivering consistent retention and renewal results, increasing member engagement through proactive recommendations, establishing a regular cadence of business reviews with trustee-ready reporting, and creating the foundational playbook for supporting Taft-Hartley customers. You bring 6+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client services in the benefits, health plan, or healthcare space. You have experience working with Taft-Hartley plans, unions, or multiemployer benefit funds, with a solid understanding of trustee governance and how benefits decisions are made. You excel at managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and projects across simultaneous workstreams, and hold a Bachelor's degree.
