Hippocratic AI is seeking a Customer Success Executive to serve as an embedded partner within healthcare systems, driving post-sale implementation and adoption of their safety-focused clinical AI platform. You will be physically present at client sites five days per week, working alongside clinical, operational, and IT leaders to implement, operationalize, and scale solutions that improve patient outcomes.
In this role, you will own the complete post-sale delivery lifecycle: workflow discovery, solution configuration, clinical rollout, and sustained adoption across nursing and operational teams. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff at all levels—from front-line nurses to C-suite executives—acting as a trusted advisor and execution partner. Key responsibilities include leading product implementations aligned with nursing workflows, training clinical staff on effective use of the platform, identifying opportunities to improve care delivery, managing day-to-day client relationships, and collaborating with internal product, sales, and engineering teams to relay feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
You will establish and track success metrics including patient care outcomes, adoption rates, and operational efficiencies, presenting results to both client and internal stakeholders. You may also represent the company at industry conferences and webinars, sharing best practices on AI implementation in healthcare settings.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management, and demonstrated success leading complex onsite implementations in clinical or operational environments. You must have exceptional relationship-building skills, strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements, experience in fast-paced startup environments, and the ability to operate autonomously in a client-embedded role. You'll need to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience deploying or scaling technology (AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS) in healthcare, advanced knowledge of healthcare compliance standards, background in healthcare consulting or transformation initiatives, and experience presenting at executive forums.
