Hippocratic AI is seeking a Customer Success Executive to serve as an embedded partner within healthcare systems, driving post-sale implementation and adoption of their healthcare-focused generative AI platform. This is a high-touch, onsite role requiring five days per week at client sites in Cincinnati, with occasional travel to Palo Alto headquarters. You will own the complete post-sale execution lifecycle: workflow discovery, solution configuration, clinical rollout, and sustained adoption across nursing and operational teams. Working alongside clinical leaders, operational staff, and IT teams, you'll act as a trusted advisor and execution partner, building strong relationships from front-line nursing staff to C-suite executives. Key responsibilities include leading product implementations aligned with nursing workflows, training healthcare staff on AI tool usage, identifying opportunities to improve patient care outcomes, managing day-to-day client relationships, and collaborating with internal product, sales, and engineering teams to relay feedback and influence roadmap priorities. You'll establish and track success metrics including patient care outcomes, adoption rates, and operational efficiencies, presenting results to both client and internal stakeholders. You may also represent the company at industry conferences and webinars sharing implementation best practices. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of health systems experience (customer success, account management, or project management), proven track record leading complex onsite clinical or operational implementations, exceptional cross-organizational relationship-building skills, strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements, experience in fast-paced startup environments, strong project management capabilities, and ability to operate autonomously in embedded client roles. You must be able to satisfy healthcare facility credentialing requirements including drug screening and vaccination verification. Nice-to-have skills include experience deploying or scaling AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS in healthcare; advanced knowledge of healthcare workflows and compliance; background in healthcare consulting or transformation initiatives; and experience presenting at executive forums.
