Salary: USD 125,000 - 180,000 / annual

Hippocratic AI is seeking a Customer Success Executive to support health systems across the Central Region (Midwest and portions of South/Southeast). This is a high-touch, client-embedded role focused on post-sale delivery and implementation of Hippocratic AI's healthcare-focused generative AI platform. You will serve as the primary Hippocratic AI representative within assigned health systems, working closely with clinical, operational, and IT leaders. The role requires 20-40% travel with multiple days per week onsite at client locations. Key responsibilities include: - Lead post-sale execution: workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption across nursing and clinical operations - Serve as a trusted advisor and embedded partner to healthcare staff, operational leaders, executives, and IT teams - Train nursing teams and healthcare staff on effective use of the platform, ensuring sustained adoption and measurable outcomes - Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient care outcomes using AI tools - Manage day-to-day client relationships with seamless communication and operational problem-solving - Collaborate with internal product, sales, and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence roadmap priorities - Establish and track success metrics including patient care outcomes, adoption rates, and operational efficiencies - Present results and best practices to client and internal stakeholders, including conference presentations Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of health systems experience (customer success, account management, or project management), proven ability to lead complex onsite implementations in clinical/operational healthcare environments, exceptional relationship-building across organizational levels, strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements, experience in fast-paced startup environments, strong project management skills, and ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements. Nice-to-have: experience deploying or scaling technology (AI, digital health, enterprise SaaS) in healthcare, advanced knowledge of healthcare workflows and compliance, background in healthcare consulting or transformation initiatives, and experience presenting at conferences or executive forums. Compensation: $125,000–$180,000 total compensation (base + performance bonus).
