Cyera is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to drive customer adoption and maximize ROI for its AI trust and data security platform. The role is based in California (West region) with 25-50% annual travel to engage directly with enterprise clients.
You will serve as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor for Cyera's platform, working with customers from practitioners to C-suite executives. Key responsibilities include:
• Onboarding and training customers to accelerate adoption of the Cyera platform
• Understanding customer requirements, challenges, and business outcomes to design customized use cases
• Proactively monitoring customer health and usage metrics to ensure sustained value realization
• Acting as the expansion leader, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving blockers that impede customer success
• Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to evaluate progress and identify improvement areas
• Advocating for customer feedback and influencing product roadmap decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
• Mentoring junior team members and participating in hiring
• Documenting and sharing best practices internally and externally
