As a Customer Success Engineer for the Public Sector, you will be the trusted technical advisor for named Rescale customers, owning the technical relationship and leading all technical engagements. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver the best cloud HPC (high-performance computing) experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Becoming a trusted technical advisor and owning the technical relationship with customers
- Leading technical activities from deployment through launch, training, and ongoing support
- Collaborating with Solutions Architects to plan and execute successful Rescale solution deployments
- Independently analyzing technical needs, customer infrastructure, operations, and workflows
- Onboarding new customer workflows and expanding Rescale's footprint
- Gaining deep knowledge of customer workflows and HPC environments
- Working with customers to define and execute digital transformation strategies, migrating workloads from on-premises to cloud
- Presenting Rescale solutions at conferences, user groups, and webinars
- Collaborating with Product Management to provide feedback on the ScaleX platform
Required qualifications include experience with complex technical challenges in defense or public sector, at least 2 years of software, hardware, or cloud experience in a customer-facing role, a B.S. in engineering, computer science, math, physics or equivalent, and U.S. Person status.
Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of enterprise cloud/hardware/software technical experience, knowledge of HPC disciplines (CFD, FEA, molecular dynamics, etc.), experience with enterprise customers in aerospace, automotive, life sciences, oil & gas, semiconductor, or federal sectors, familiarity with HPC simulation software packages, strong presentation skills, and an M.S. in engineering or computer science.
