Stedi is building the first new healthcare clearinghouse in decades, modernizing how healthcare technology companies and established players exchange mission-critical EDI transactions (claims, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, remittances) using standardized X12 HIPAA formats. The company has raised $142M from top-tier investors including Stripe, Addition, USV, and Bloomberg Beta, and was ranked by Ramp as one of the fastest-growing SaaS vendors. You'll join the Customer Success Engineering team as a key customer-facing role, supporting healthcare organizations through their journey from proof-of-concept to production. Your responsibilities include: - Onboarding new customers and ensuring they can process production claims and eligibility checks quickly and efficiently - Collaborating with customers via dedicated Slack channels with a median response time of 3.4 minutes during business hours - Triaging and resolving customer requests related to product usage and understanding payer responses - Identifying product gaps and documenting them for the engineering and product teams - Contributing to external documentation and internal runbooks to enable self-service adoption - Using data to proactively anticipate customer needs, track health, and improve retention You bring several years of experience in revenue cycle management, working at an RCM company, clearinghouse, or healthcare organization. You understand the full cycle of eligibility checks, claims submission, claim status tracking, and ERA reconciliation. You're technical enough to work with APIs and data formats (JSON, X12, flat files), but your strength is customer empathy and product thinking—you intuitively spot gaps and articulate requirements that satisfy customer needs. You're exceptional at managing multiple open threads simultaneously, staying hyper-responsive and organized. You have a track record in customer-facing roles (customer success, technical support, or adjacent), move with urgency both externally and internally, and are resourceful enough to do what it takes to get the job done without waiting to be told.
