Orca Security, a $1.8B cloud security unicorn, is hiring a Customer Success Engineer for Strategic Accounts. You'll serve as the technical quarterback for Orca's largest and most complex enterprise customers, partnering with executives, architects, and security teams to drive adoption, expand use cases, and shape long-term cloud security strategies.
In this role, you'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic relationship management, acting as the bridge between customers and Orca's product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. You'll conduct on-site visits, lead executive workshops, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes while viewing Orca as critical to their cloud security transformation.
Key responsibilities include: serving as trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts; leading customer visits and technical workshops; driving deployment and operational excellence through architecture reviews; collaborating with stakeholders on cloud security goals and compliance initiatives; partnering with Customer Success Managers on tailored success plans; identifying and removing technical blockers; presenting platform value in executive business reviews; collaborating with Sales on renewals and expansions; and providing product roadmap feedback.
You'll bring 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (CSE, TAM, Solutions Architect, or DevOps/Security Engineer). Required: proven enterprise cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP); hands-on Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD knowledge; strong cloud security architecture and CNAPP ecosystem understanding; scripting, automation, and API integration proficiency; exceptional communication skills for both technical and C-level audiences; and passion for helping customers operationalize security at scale. Bonus: IaC (Terraform) or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD/CKS).
