As a Customer Success Engineer on the Enterprise team, you will be the technical authority and trusted advisor for our customer base, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing value realization from the Forward Networks Platform. You'll own the post-sales technical relationship, guiding customers through adoption stages and serving as the subject matter expert on our technologies. Key responsibilities include: - Providing expert technical guidance and best practices to ensure successful platform adoption and usage - Owning post-sales technical issues end-to-end, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to resolve problems and document solutions - Conducting needs analysis, business justification, and strategic planning with customers - Delivering presentations and technical workshops to customer teams - Traveling to customer locations as needed (less than 10%) You bring 5+ years of customer-facing post-sales engineering experience, ideally from a networking software vendor, networking company, or large enterprise/service provider/government agency. You have a strong foundation in networking and security fundamentals, hands-on experience with major network vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, F5, A10, etc.), and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Highly valued: advanced networking certifications (CCIE, JNCIE, VCDX), startup experience, and working knowledge of API-driven workflows and scripting (Python, bash, jq, GraphQL). This is a remote role based in the EU, with ideal candidates located in Ireland or the UK.
