Nuna is building an AI health coach designed to help the 130 million Americans managing chronic conditions. Unlike traditional healthcare's 15-minute clinic visits and unused patient portals, Nuna uses motivational interviewing to help patients and families design experiments that fit their real lives and navigate a healthcare system that hasn't historically served them well.
As Customer Success Director, you will own and scale provider partnerships with leading health systems, serving as the primary point of contact for executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders. Your success will be measured not by contracts but by patient reach and outcome improvements.
Key responsibilities include: building trusted relationships with health system partners and aligning on shared goals around patient growth and outcomes; embedding Nuna into clinical workflows to increase provider adoption and drive patient activation; owning patient growth targets and clinic-level performance metrics; identifying gaps and taking action to remove friction; leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Data teams; synthesizing provider feedback into actionable product and process improvements; and scaling Nuna across additional clinics and patient populations by transitioning pilots into system-wide deployments.
You will work with a team focused on transforming how healthcare works by bringing care beyond the clinic into people's daily lives. The role requires 7+ years of experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, or payers; knowledge of healthcare technology and patient-facing applications; proven ability to drive execution and measurable outcomes; experience with clinical workflows, care teams, or population health programs; strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills; and excellent communication across executive and frontline stakeholders. The position is based in the Greater Chicago area with up to 30% travel to engage with clients and stakeholders. Startup experience is a bonus.
