ElevenLabs is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This is a builder's role at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue, where you'll own both technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs' most exciting customers. You'll manage a defined book of business with clear targets around Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include running onboarding and enablement across ElevenLabs' full platform (core speech models, creative tools, and AI Agents), advising customers on production deployment, and analyzing usage and performance data to identify friction points early. You'll own the complete customer lifecycle: spotting expansion opportunities, managing renewals and upsells, and working closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to convert technical wins into revenue. The role requires deep engagement with complex B2B SaaS and AI/ML deployments, including API integrations and SDK navigation. Required qualifications: 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the DACH region. You must have proven experience managing a defined book of business, fluency in German and English, and deep knowledge of the DACH market landscape and cultural nuances. Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents, strong builder mindset, and proven ability to drive revenue outcomes (owning quotas, identifying cross-sell opportunities, closing renewals) are essential. You'll need excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills, plus strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
