ElevenLabs is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to own technical depth and commercial outcomes for enterprise customers. This is a builder's role at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue. You will manage a defined book of business with clear targets around Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include running onboarding and enablement across ElevenLabs' full platform (speech models, creative tools, and AI agents), advising customers on production deployment, analyzing usage and performance data to identify friction early, and driving adoption. You'll own the complete commercial lifecycle: spotting expansion opportunities, managing renewals and upsells, and working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to convert technical wins into revenue. You'll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, anticipate problems before they surface, and inspire new use cases. Success means driving real revenue retention and growth for your portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels. Requirements: 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in DACH. Proven experience owning and managing a defined book of business with revenue quotas. Fluent in German and English with deep knowledge of the DACH market landscape and cultural nuances. Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents, API integrations, and SDKs. Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently in distributed environments.
