Salary: USD 65,000 - 80,000 / annual

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for learners navigating their education financing journey, delivering empathetic support and guidance throughout their experience.
In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), providing clear information about loan products and application statuses. You'll assist customers with online applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and build lasting relationships by addressing concerns with care and professionalism. When issues escalate, you'll conduct thorough research, manage complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions. You'll also maintain accurate records and handle documentation requirements for external agencies as needed.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment managing high volumes of tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential—you need to explain complex loan products clearly and handle escalated calls with composure. Basic technical proficiency (MS Office, loan origination systems, Zendesk) is required, with willingness to learn new tools. Experience with financial aid or loan underwriting is a plus but not required.
