Figure is a NASDAQ-listed fintech company transforming capital markets through blockchain technology. The company has originated over $17 billion in home equity loans (HELOCs) on its blockchain-native platform and is the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the U.S. Figure combines blockchain's transparency and efficiency with AI-driven automation to reimagine how loans are originated, funded, and traded.
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be a trusted first point of contact for prospective and existing customers across phone, chat, and email. You'll help customers navigate the application process, resolve blockers, and understand Figure's products including HELOCs and other financial offerings. The role requires building expertise in the Figure ecosystem and explaining complex financial concepts in clear, customer-friendly language.
Key responsibilities include providing troubleshooting support across customer and platform issues, completing compliance-related steps accurately, identifying trends to improve customer experience, and participating in training and licensing programs. You'll work in a structured, fast-paced, high-volume environment and contribute to a team-oriented culture.
The role requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. No prior fintech experience is necessary—the company provides comprehensive training on products, processes, and tools. You must be comfortable with compliance requirements and security protocols.
Compensation includes up to $71,000 annually in total compensation after probationary period, including shift differentials and monthly bonus opportunity. Benefits include company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, PTO, sick time, hybrid flexibility after training, continuing education reimbursement, and paid family leave. Figure reported that 115 employees in Customer Operations received pay increases or promotions in 2025 alone.
