AlphaSense is a market intelligence platform trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500. The company combines AI-driven search with public and private content (equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news) to help sophisticated organizations remove uncertainty from decision-making. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in NYC with 2,000+ employees globally, AlphaSense recently acquired Tegus to expand its content and product capabilities. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day client engagement, supporting active users in getting maximum value from the platform. You will schedule and conduct 1:1 onboarding sessions for new users, helping them integrate AlphaSense into their workflows. You'll perform warm outreach to low-activity or dormant users via email and phone, converting those conversations into live training sessions that drive adoption, uncover blockers, and identify license expansion opportunities. You will support client sessions across diverse industries and user types, joining Account Managers on trainings and onsite/virtual sessions. You'll own follow-ups and next steps from client engagements, building trust through clear communication and a helpful approach. Working closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers, you'll deliver tailored training, share workflow tips, and provide ongoing product guidance to keep accounts healthy and reduce churn risk. Additionally, you'll assist sales teams by running product overview sessions for trials and joining demos to highlight platform value. You'll spot themes, trends, and insights during client interactions and package these for internal teams to strengthen client knowledge. You'll also capture user feedback, track recurring pain points, and flag product improvement opportunities to internal partners. You bring 1+ years of experience in high-volume outreach or user support. You're comfortable speaking with a wide range of user types and can distill complex issues into simple explanations. You're energetic, curious, and eager to learn new workflows and industry use cases on the job. You're organized, motivated, and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments with strong communication skills.
