Key responsibilities include supporting client training sessions across diverse industries and user types, working alongside Account Managers and Account Executives to maintain account health and reduce churn risk. You will deliver tailored training, share workflow tips, and provide ongoing product guidance. You'll also assist the sales team by running product overview sessions for trials and demos, helping prospects understand the platform's value.
A critical part of the role is capturing and synthesizing customer insights—spotting themes, trends, and feedback during interactions and sharing actionable intelligence with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and product teams to strengthen client relationships and inform product development.
